Sites
Where the hardware is
| Site | City | What runs there |
|---|---|---|
| PS and TTC data centres | Almaty | Primary site: virtualisation cluster, mail, telephony |
| Backup site | Karaganda | Backups |
| Backup site | Astana | Backups |
How it is built
What runs on what
| Layer | Technology | What it gives you |
|---|---|---|
| Virtualisation | Proxmox, Docker and Kubernetes | A service moves to a neighbouring node if one fails |
| Storage | ZFS and S3 | Data checksums, snapshots, object storage |
| Backups | Proxmox Backup Server, S3 storage | Copies in a separate environment, protected from deletion, encrypted |
| Our own mail server | Mail data does not leave Kazakhstan | |
| Telephony | Our own PBX | Call recordings are stored in Almaty |
| Access | VPN with per-user authentication, two-factor authentication available | No open ports, every employee has their own login |
Security
What is encrypted and who has access
- Client backups are stored encrypted.
- In transit: TLS for mail, VPN for remote access.
- Client data is encrypted; only second-line engineers have access to it.
- Backups do not authenticate in the client’s domain: separate credentials, separate path.
A question about our infrastructure?
An engineer will give you a straight answer: how it is built, where the data is, what happens if something fails.
