The data collector gathers information on servers, workstations, software and network devices. We remove it after the audit.
- Day 1We inspect the network on site
An engineer visits the office: server room, racks, cables, labelling, UPS, cooling, access points.
- Day 2We analyse
We combine the collected data with the inspection and check backups, access and bottlenecks.
- Day 3Report and meeting
A 12-point report with ratings and priorities. We walk you through it in 30–40 minutes.

What clients ask before signing
Do we need to install anything?
We run the data collector only for the duration of the audit and remove it afterwards. We do not install permanent agents without your consent.
Will the audit disrupt our staff?
No. Data collection runs in the background; inspecting the server room and cabinets usually takes about 2 hours, with no downtime.
What access do you need?
An administrator account for the duration of the audit and a person to show the engineer around the office. You revoke the access right after.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, before work starts.
We already have an IT provider. Can we have an audit without switching?
Yes. Many clients order an audit precisely to check their current provider.
Do you work outside Almaty?
Yes. We have our own specialists in Almaty, Astana, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kokshetau and Atyrau, so the network is inspected by our own engineer in your city.
