Timelines are indicative, from 4 weeks. The larger the office, the longer the project: structured cabling alone can take up to a month in a large office. The exact deadline is fixed in the quote after the site survey.

You can take the documentation and run IT yourselves. Or you can keep us: a managed workstation with all services at €20 per workstation per month, excl. VAT. The first month of support comes with a 10% discount.
Where your data lives and why it stays available
- Servers in Almaty, backup sites in Karaganda and AstanaOur own hardware in a data centre in Kazakhstan. Your data does not leave the country.
- Backups in a separate environmentBackups are kept apart from production servers. Even an administrator cannot delete them.

What clients ask before signing
Can we go without our own servers, all in the cloud?
Yes. It is often cheaper: 1C, files and mail in our cloud in Almaty, only the network and workstations in the office. Virtual machines in our cloud are billed separately.
Who buys the hardware?
Whichever suits you: we buy it at wholesale prices, or you buy it to our specification.
What if the office is still being renovated?
That is the best time: cabling goes in before the finishing work. We visit the site in week 0.
Do you work outside Almaty?
Yes. We have our own specialists in Almaty, Astana, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kokshetau and Atyrau. Your office is set up by our own engineer, not a local subcontractor.
Do you provide documentation in English?
Yes. For representative offices we prepare documentation and the acceptance report in English. This is billed separately.
What about 1C?
We set up a 1C server or allocate space in the cloud and configure backups. The configuration and accounting are handled by your 1C specialist.
What if we open earlier than planned?
We launch what you cannot work without first: network, mail and phones. The rest we finish in the working office.
