Managed IT for companies with 10 to 100 workstations: we keep things from breaking, rather than fixing them after they break
Secure access is included in the workstation price; mail, backup and telephony are options with any plan. One invoice instead of three to five, one SLA, an engineer you know by name.

An assigned engineer, not a first line of ninety
- Ticket
You write on WhatsApp, send an email or call. The ticket goes into the system with an SLA timer.
- Engineer
It is picked up by an engineer who knows your infrastructure and your people by name.
- Report
Once a month, a report on tickets and response times.

Response times by incident class
| Class | Example | Response | Resolution |
|---|---|---|---|
| Critical | The whole company is down: server, network, internet, mail; a mass infection | 30 minutes | from 4 hours |
| High | A department or a key system is down, or a manager cannot work | 2 business hours | 1 business day |
| Normal | One employee is affected and there is a workaround | 4 business hours | 2 business days |
A mass infection is also a critical incident: we respond within 30 minutes and isolate infected machines immediately. Full recovery usually takes longer than 4 hours; we give a timeline after the initial assessment and restore data from backups. The full text is on our public SLA page.

What clients ask before signing
Why is your price higher than another provider’s online calculator?
Online calculators show an estimate excluding VAT, site visits and the SLA mode. Our figure is the one that goes into the contract, and it already includes mail, backups and access.
What if we already have Google Workspace?
You can keep it. Then we price the workstation without mail, and the price is lower.
How big is your team?
A team of 14 people, with our own specialists in five cities. Your infrastructure is handled by an engineer you know by name, not by a first line of ninety.
Is there a monthly contract?
Yes. You can start with a one-month contract and renew monthly.
How are site visits charged?
It depends on the plan. With on-site support, visits for tickets are included in the monthly fee up to the number set in the contract, and visits for critical incidents are unlimited. With remote support, visits are billed separately.
What else is included?
Access to the ticketing system, a monthly report on tickets and response times, infrastructure monitoring. Once a year, a free IT audit of the whole system.
What if something goes wrong in the first month?
The first month comes with the right to leave. We hand over documentation and access with a signed handover report.
