We are a team of 14: an office in Almaty and our own engineers in Astana, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kokshetau and Atyrau. In business since 2011. We started with office IT support, then built our own services — mail, backups, telephony, remote access — so we do not resell someone else’s and take full responsibility ourselves.

Our own, not resold
Mail, backups, telephony, VPN and user accounts run on our own hardware. One invoice, one support line, and no vendor blaming another vendor during an incident.
Everything is measurable
Public SLA, a ticketing system, a monthly ticket report. Prices with a calculator, no “ask a sales manager”.
Specific
Timelines in days, prices in writing, package contents in a table. If we do not do something, we say so.
